My Healthy Breakfast Diary

Today I prepared a nutritious breakfast to start my day right. My meal included:
- Whole wheat toast with avocado
- Scrambled eggs with spinach
- A bowl of mixed berries
- A glass of fresh orange juice
Eating a healthy breakfast gives me energy for the whole morning and helps me concentrate better in class. I've learned through my English composition about healthy breakfast that balanced morning meals are essential for both physical and mental health.
