我的"一分钟英语演讲小短文"练习日记

今天是我坚持练习"一分钟英语演讲小短文"的第30天。清晨6点，我像往常一样站在镜子前，开始了今天的英语演讲训练。
为什么要选择一分钟英语演讲？
最初接触"一分钟英语演讲小短文"这个概念是在学校的英语角。老师告诉我们，这种短小精悍的演讲形式既能锻炼口语表达能力，又能培养时间管理意识。一分钟大约可以说120-150个单词，既不会太长让人紧张，也不会太短达不到训练效果。

这30天里，我尝试了各种主题的"一分钟英语演讲小短文"：从"My Favorite Book"到"The Importance of Recycling"，从"A Memorable Trip"到"Future Career Goals"。每个主题都让我学会了用简洁有力的语言表达观点。
